Built Smart Solutions is a Sydney building certification and construction advisory firm. Small enough that seniors do the work; ISO 9001-certified so quality doesn’t depend on heroics.

Our People gets its own URL because it is the single biggest credibility check a visitor makes (no photo, no people = no trust) and it is where Person schema lives. Community gets its own page per Tim, with a sub-page behind every partnership tile.
Who we are
Our team brings 20+ years across private certification, fire safety, access, planning and regulatory policy – including private development and Crown project experience. We started Built Smart because the industry had drifted: certifiers who don’t answer phones, reports that restate the problem, advice that arrives after the pour.
ISO 9001 – certified in year one
We achieved ISO 9001 in our first year of operation. Deliberately. In a statutory profession, quality systems aren’t paperwork – they’re why documents go out checked, on time, every time. And they’re a box government and commercial procurement can tick with us.
